I began my fitness journey at 16 years old shortly after signing with my first modeling agency. Modeling gave me the motivation I needed to practice a consistent gym routine.
Shortly after I ventured from the usual cardio machines to the weights. The results I experienced from incorporating weight training into my routine far surpassed anything I had achieved from the hours of cardio I would do daily.
